             Demise of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH)
              Martyrdom of Imam Hassan(PBUH)

After ten years of stay in Medina on June 8, 632 the Prophet fell ill and died after a few days of illness. According to existing traditions the last words on his lips were advice concerning slaves and women. On the Islamic calendar, the anniversaries of the deaths of the prophet Muhammad and his grandson, Hasan, are held on the same date.

M and H Imam HassanPBUH): "Allah has made the month of Ramadan the racetrack of His creatures so that they will compete with each other in acts of obedience to Him to attain His satisfaction. Some people preceded others and could win, while others dropped behind and failed. How strange that who plays and laughs on the day when the good-doers are rewarded and the wrongdoers are losing! By Allah, I take the oath, if the cover is removed, man will realize that the good-doers are engaged in their advantages and the evildoers are engaged in their sins.".

The PPy(polypyrrole)/NP (nanoparticle)/NR(nanorod)/NW (nanowire)@Co-free Li-rich oxide (PPy-NP/NR/NW@LMNO) composites were prepared. PPy improved the ionic and electronic conductivity of the LMNO cathodes. PPy-NP@LMNO cathode delivered high discharge capacity of 191 mAh g−1, with capacity retention of 96%, after ∼ 200 cycles at 0.1C. Higher capacity and longer cycle-life contributed to the optimized intercalation and doping pseudocapacitive charge storage behaviour.

NiOCo3O4

Methane steam reforming is an assuring reaction using steam to produce H2 as clean energy over a nicκel- based catalyst. We synthesized mesoporous monometallic NiMgAl2O4 and bimetallic NiCoMgAl2O4 catalysts in a two-step combustion method using a mix of fuels and powder metallurgy. The evaluation tests at 750 C showed the bimetallic catalyst has the highest conversion of 99.30% with low carbon deposition of 0.09% after 15 h.

C-doped CuO/g-C3N4 with a unique microstructure, enhanced hotoelectrochemical performance, and considerable photostability is synthesized under microwave irradiation. The product demonstrates 227% photoelectrocatalytic activity enhancement over CuO and ~80% photocurrent retention. The nanocomposite synergistically integrates the advantages of both the constituents, offering a low- cost, efficient photocathode for PEC water splitting, photocatalytic hydrogen evolution, and degradation of pollutants.

Design and preparation of nickel-titanium implant for lumbar vertebra

M. Parsafara, S.K. Sadrnezhaad, N.H. Nemati

Journal of Alloys and Compounds
936 (2023), 167969

VertabraA simple and affordable sintering/braiding technique produced a shape memory Nickel Titanium implant aiming to have outstanding shock absorption, strength, biocompatibility, and cell growth capability for lumbar vertebra substitution. The elastic modulus of the sample was 3.5 GPa, and its compressive strength at 6 % strain was 200 MPa. The alloy was thermoelastic, making it a good candidate for placement in bone tissue. The biocompatibility and non-toxicity of the bone cells, with cell viability of over 4 × 104 cells within 48 h, indicated that the produced implant had suitable cellular biocompatibility.
